As always, Chef Taj never disappoints! His magical hands create the most authentic South Indian dosa I’ve ever had — perfectly crisp, flavorful, and full of love. Honestly, you can hardly imagine finding this level of taste in the US! Driving 40 miles (and even skipping Artesia) is totally worth it — every bite is pure joy and satisfaction. Kudos to you, Chef Taj, for keeping the tradition alive and serving food that speaks straight to the heart.
I often visit Copper Pot in Torrance, and every time it’s a great experience! Chef Taj is amazing—he makes the food taste incredible, and his desserts are next level. The Paruppu Payasam is my absolute favorite! The ambience is really nice and welcoming. On my last visit, Chef Taj even gave me a Copper Pot gift card for Thanksgiving. Such a thoughtful gesture—it truly made me appreciate the place even more. Highly recommend!
We ordered the garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, and the dosa. Everything was good. Really good breAkfast by the beach. And the price was reasonable. Will definitely come back!
